If a defect is found, a red box is displayed, and if the product is good, a green box is displayed.
The parts estimated to be defective are visualized with a heatmap.
High-precision inspection is possible without being affected by the θ rotation posture of the work, which enables the realization of a high-speed inspection device for complex-shaped parts in combination with a parts feeder.
